The family's earnings from the venture are short lived, but enough to purchase the jalopy. Unbeknownst to him she is the daughter of a successful candy factory owner. He decides with the assistance and encouragement of the lovely young lady he met, Truly Scrumptious, to make musical candy. Potts, not wanting to disappoint his children, tries to raise money to purchase the jalopy. One day the children ask their father to buy a broken down jalopy they play on in a nearby junk yard. Despite the set-backs of Potts' failed inventions the family is content.

The graphics are captivating, the characters are easy to get attached to, and the story is nearly flawless. To say the game went above and beyond is an understatement and while there are mixed opinions on it from both old-school Final Fantasy gamers as well as newcomers, we can all agree on the fact that the franchise was absolutely transformed. Since the days of that horrid laugh, Square Enix completely revolutionized the RPG when XIII came out and as disastrous as it was, it definitely had us pumped for the eventual release of XV. Final Fantasy X marked new territory for Square Enix when we finally saw what some (really) updated graphics and voice acting could do to make a storyline feel incredibly realistic. Final Fantasy XV: one of the greatest games to come out of what I like to refer to as the "new era" of the Final Fantasy franchise.
